B T Construction did a fine job on building our custom home and went the "second mile" with us in giving us exactly what we wanted. They were up front and honest about costs and tried to keep the costs down as much as possible. Also, they always informed us on the timing and were always available to discuss any concerns. In building a custom home there are always surprises, but I honestly feel that BT Construction kept all this to a minimum and went to bat for us when problems arose. In the end, we are very happy with the home he built for us. He took a nearly unlivable house and made it into a dream-home for my wife and our eight children, and he did it within the budget that we set. Thus, we will highly recommend them for the future.

BT Construction was only one of two companies, out of more than 20 contacted, to come out and give us a solid estimate on turning a commercial shop into a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment for my wife and me. We are thrilled with the outcome. BT handled all of the subs--electrical, plumbing, drywall, insulation, and framing. I have to say that the subs that worked on our project were the best of the best, and BT was able to get them out here on our project despite their huge backlog of work. BT actually handled the framing and the siding, along with some of the tile work. BT is so knowledgeable about what needs to be done and it what order. We easily passed the final inspection. I looks like we'll be needing a new roof sometime in the next couple of years. BT will be a central player in that project, too.
